Leavers Celebration Prom
This event is open to years 11, 12 and 13 and we hope that as many students as possible will be able to attend as this is always a fun and enjoyable end of year social event and an opportunity to say goodbye to our leavers.
We will have exclusive use of Churchfield’s events barn which is all at ground level and fully accessible from the car park. Staff and students will enjoy a welcome drink of either prosecco (over 18s only) or sparkling elderflower and a two course meal.
There will be a choice of three main courses:
Beef Lasagne with a dressed salad and garlic bread
Thai Chicken Curry with rice (gluten and dairy free)
Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Pasta in a tomato Ragu (Vegetarian)
The four dessert options are:
Chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream
Chocolate brownie
Vanilla ice cream
Sorbet
There will be a DJ and disco, bar in the event room and a separate quiet room for students to take a break in should they wish to. There is also an outdoor (fenced off) fire pit and patio area next to the barn room. Over 18’s only will be allowed to drink alcohol in a responsible and controlled manner.
As it is a special occasion, the dress code is formal attire.
Transport for students will be organised from New College Worcester to Churchfields and back to the College after the event for residential students. Day students/staff should arrive at the venue from 7pm and be collected/depart no later than 11pm from Churchfields farm.
The total cost of the event will be £38.50 per person, unless you are a member of staff who is on duty.
Payment is online via the form below. In exceptional circumstances payment may be accepted in cash but this must be directly to Helen Chahal in the Finance department, who can issue a receipt.
